我非常喜欢听六七八十年代的乐队演唱的歌曲，象蓝天一样的纯真和纯粹。这首Why Worry的编曲伴奏似乎比主唱更出色，回肠荡气。
英国老牌乐队Dire Straits在1977年组建于英国伦敦西南部的戴特福特，乐队成立伊始共有四位成员。其中包括吉他手兼主唱Mark Knopfler，《Why Worry》就是他创作的，吉他手David Knopfler（也是Mark Knopfler的弟弟）、贝司手John Illsley和鼓手Pick Withers。乐队成立的背景时期正值Post-Punk（后朋克）如日中天的阶段，而号称欧洲音乐革命的New Wave电子运动此时也已有隐隐显身的趋势。但Dire Straits的音乐似乎跟这一切都沾不了边，音乐风格是较单纯的摇摆、乡谣类型。1978年Mark Knopfler写了一首清新甜美的歌曲“Sultans of Swing”（摇摆的苏丹），并把它做成小样投递给各唱片公司，结果英国Phonogram公司独具慧眼地与他们签下了合同，并随之发行了Dire Straits的第一张唱片《Sultans of Swing》。有趣的是英国本地歌迷对这张后来广为流传的专辑开始并不太买账，倒是美国的歌迷听了以后大为赞赏。因此《Sultans of Swing》便高高地挂在了美国“公告牌”的流行榜上，Dire Straits一下在美国变得声名鹊起。而英国歌迷还是随着他们下面发行的几张专辑才慢慢发现Dire Straits的过人之处，真可谓是“墙内开花墙外香”吧。
